  32. I figured out how to get most of Latin-1 to display OK.  I just had to set 
  33. the terminal to VT220 or VT320.  When I had set the terminal to VT100, 
  34. MS-DOS Kermit 3.14 was displaying the characters as CP437 - i.e., without 
  35. translation.  This is a change from 3.13.
